all of our orders. All of our products are shipped
either in a USPS Priority box or a plain brown box.
There will be no indication of the package's contents
and GS will be listed as the sender.

Domestic Shipping
All products shipped within the United States will be shipped via USPS and can be tracked using the United States Postal Service’s website. Please provide an email address to receive your tracking number.
International Shipping
International shipments require customs paperwork and these shipments will take approximately 1-2 weeks from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance into your country. All items that we sell on our site are legal in the USA. However, if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by customs. Customers may want to check with local customs regulations to be aware of the laws within their country. We also are not held liable for any tariffs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA. Orders shipped USPS Priority International will unable to receive a tracking number.

Your statement will indicate the merchant
as GS.
Do you provide tracking numbers or shipping
confirmation?
If you'd like to attain a tracking number
please let us know and we will gladly provide one
to you via email.
Will anyone know what is in the package?
Absolutely not. Your product will be packaged discreetly
with no indication of its contents. It will
be mailed in a USPS Priority box or a plain brown
box with nothing more than a shipping label on it.

How long does it take to receive a purchase?
This depends on where you live. Please

What is the return policy?
Due to the personal nature of these products, all
sales are final. Should you receive a defective item,
contact us by phone or email within 5 days. We
will arrange for return of the original item at no
cost to you and we will immediately send you a replacement.
Defective items can only be replaced by the exact
same model. Defective items must be returned in the
original packaging.
